Price

All prices are displayed in Pounds sterling and are the total price but does not include delivery.

Payment

JP Fine Art accepts cheque's made payable to JP Fine Art. Items will only be dispatched to a customer on receipt of cleared funds in the event of payment by cheque.

We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any order submitted whether or not the order has been confirmed. If your payment has already been processed and we subsequently cancel your order, we will immediately issue a refund for the full value of the amount processed.

Delivery

All paintings will be sent via courier service and postage & package for UK delivery will be charged at £15 per order.

If you require shipping overseas please contact us for a custom delivery cost.

Most paintings are usually dispatched within 7-10 days although please allow up to 28 days. Please note that delivery items will require a signature on arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled within 7 working days of an order being placed and/or within 7 working days of goods received. Cancellations are only accepted if the customer phones our customer services on (01256) 851062 to obtain a cancellation number. A cancellation number can only be obtained before the order has been dispatched.

If your order has been dispatched prior to the cancellation, the return procedure as defined below will apply and you will be issued with a RMA number. If the procedure is not respected, the order will be considered valid and the customer will remain liable for the full payment.

Returns Policy

Orders may be returned within 7 working days after the goods were received for a full credit or refund in the following circumstances:

  • Item was received damaged or defective.
  • Incorrect item was shipped.

To process your return you will need a RMA number for the goods by calling us on (01256) 851062 before sending.

  • You have obtained a RMA number for the goods before sending.
  • Goods must be returned within 7 working days of delivery.
  • Goods returned must be received in as new condition with original packaging.
  • Carriage costs for returning the goods will be your responsibility.
  • Goods remain your responsibility during transit and until signed for by us.

We're sorry, but we do not accept returns of paintings returned more than 7 working days after delivery and/or paintings returned without a valid RMA.

All refunds will be processed within 30 days from when you notify us of cancellation of the order. However, we are usually able to issue refunds within 5 – 7 working days from when the goods have been returned and checked.

Referrals and links

The author of this website is not responsible for any contents linked or referred to from this site. The author is not liable for any damage caused by those referred links.

Law

These terms and conditions are governed and shall be interpreted in accordance with UK law. If any part of these terms and conditions shall be found to be unlawful it shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remainder of the conditions. In respect of consumer sales only, statutory rights are unaffected by these terms and conditions.
